Software Engineer
Sr. Software Engineer needed to perform the following duties :
● Design and develop Code Management Platform using JAVA, MVC architecture, Spring and Hibernate.
● Design and develop SmartLabel Product Pages using Groovy on Grail.
● Develop RESTful APIs using nodeJS, Spring boot, Serverless and AWS Lambda.
● Establish application deployment pipeline automation using Maven, Gradle and Jenkins.
● Create backend database systems to store, retrieve, analyze and manipulate data using MSSQL, mongoDB and DynamoDB.
● Perform integration of application monitoring tools using services such as New Relic, Rollbar or Firebase.
● Participate in each level of product development lifecycle, namely gathering product requirements, architect system design and services, design and development of computer systems, product testing and quality assurance and lastly deployment of the product.
● Identify the requirements for the effective functioning of the services and systems.
● Implement a product test plan and write test scripts for product quality assurances
● Design and implement the product deployment pipeline.
● Integrate third party APIs and libraries into existing products as an enhancement/
● Design, develops and integrates UNIX/LINUX scripts which can be used by existing Scanbuy applications like dCoupon, CMP and Code Scanner.
● Create API documentation and user guide.
● Version Control software solutions.
● Integrate analytical tools and monitoring services into products in order to closely monitor system performance.
● Monitor servers and load balancers for CPU usage.
- Develop optimal solutions to keep smooth operations of existing services and applications.
Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance java-based back-end (server-side) software applications.

Requirements

Someone who can leverage their experience, knowledge and passion with modeling, machine learning and artificial intelligence to help grow that business by leveraging billions of data points currently sourced by Scanbuy.

- Analyze data points inventory (behavior, demographic and location) to identify behavioral patterns
- Build and test behavior and demographic models to predict consumers characteristics and interests.
